    Welcome to the Just Country Design website terms and conditions.  Please read through them carefully before placing your order.  By using this website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and condition set out below.  Please also read our Privacy Statement regarding personal information provided by you.

    The information contained in this website has been prepared solely for the purpose of providing information about Just Country Design and the services and products they offer.  Just Country Design reserves the right to change, delete or move any of the material on this website at any time without notice.

    Your Order 


    Order Cancellation 

    Though Just Country Design will endeavour to supply orders placed and accepted on this website, order placement and acceptance do not constitute an obligation on the Just Country Design to supply.  Just Country Design reserves the right to cancel any order without notice.  Just Country Design’s obligations will be limited to protections provided by the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. 

    In the event of any cancelled order, cheque or direct debit payments will be refunded in accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.  Please note, credit card payments are not processed until orders are ready to be dispatched.  In the event that a credit card payment is processed for a cancelled order, a refund will be processed in accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

    Customers who wish to cancel any order must notify Just Country Design by email by 9am on the next business day following the date of the order. 

    Colours

    Every effort has been made to portray the colours of our products that appear on this website as accurately as possible.  However, because the actual colours you see depend on the monitor you are using, Just Country Design cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be completely accurate. 

    Pricing

    Prices displayed on the Just Country Design website are subject to change without notice.  Prices for items on an order are fixed once your order has been accepted.  Subsequent price changes either up or down will not be retroactively applied to accepted orders. 

    Returns 

    Faulty or Damaged

    Goods Whenever possible, Just Country Design will undertake to repair or replace any goods damaged prior to delivery.  Just Country Design will undertake to repair or replace any faulty goods.  Damaged or faulty goods will be either repaired or replaced at the discretion of Just Country Design.  Where repair or replacement of damaged or faulty goods is not possible a full refund will be issued for the value of the damaged goods.  Damaged and faulty goods must be returned to Just Country Design in accordance with our returns policy. 

     

    Returns

    Just Country Design is committed to providing quality products and services to our customers.  If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any product, please return it to us in original condition, unworn and with labels attached within 14 days of receipt and we will refund or exchange it for you. 

     Items on Sale do not qualify for a refund or exchange
